• Managing the full lifecycle of work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
• Supporting engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning, and process adherence.
• Assisting with timesheet entry and ensuring data is accurately recorded in our systems.
• Resolving customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
