Job summary

Four Square Scotland, based at 454 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2RN, is recruiting a Service Manager to lead our Visiting Support Team. The role oversees a team of eight and ensures high-quality, person-centred support to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, helping them access stable housing and sustain tenancies.

The position is full-time and onsite at our Head Office with travel to various locations across Edinburgh; closing date Friday 9 October 2026 at 5pm, interviews Week

Job description

Location: Four Square Scotland, 454 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2RN (Head Office), with travel to various locations across Edinburgh
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, onsite – no hybrid working option
Salary: £37,853 per annum

Our Visiting Support Team works with people across Edinburgh who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, providing practical, person-centred support to help them access stable housing and successfully sustain their tenancies.

As Service Manager, you will lead and support a team of eight, providing clear direction and effective day-to-day management while ensuring the team delivers a high-quality service to the people we support. You will play an important role in maintaining strong standards, supporting your team and helping the service continue to develop and respond to the needs of the people and communities we work with.
