Job summary

Enable Scotland is recruiting a Service Manager in Glasgow (Pollok) to lead Supported Living Services and support frontline teams. The role is 35 hours per week and temporary for six months, with a focus on improving service quality and relationships with families and professionals.

You will oversee Team Facilitators, drive inclusion for people with learning disabilities, and ensure proper SDS practice while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of leading and managing Supported Living Services.
• Experience managing teams with knowledge of culture change.
• Commitment to inclusion of people with learning disabilities.
• Understanding of Self Directed Support Act and its principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support local Team Facilitators to manage frontline support staff.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with families, social care professionals and other providers.
• Lead the business strategy at a local level while promoting ENABLE Scotland.
