Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Service Leader Level 2 based in Glasgow to manage a cluster of supported living services and lead a team of Support Workers delivering person-centred care to eight individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) with driving responsibilities; CV requirements include a UK driving license and access to a car. SVQ L3 is required, with SVQ L4 or progression encouraged.

Qualifications

• SVQ L3 in Health and Social Care is mandatory.
• SVQ L4 or willingness to work towards this qualification is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cluster of supported living services in Glasgow.
• Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver personalised care to eight individuals.
• Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate requirements and maintain quality of life for service users.
