Job summary

BRC Jobs in Bath are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to lead a supported accommodation service for autistic adults. You will provide strong leadership, ensure high standards of care, and promote positive outcomes for people supported.

You will manage day-to-day operations, work with commissioners and external partners, drive service improvement, and develop a motivated team. The role is full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week, and offers a salary of £31,365 per annum.
