Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Social Care Manager to provide strong operational leadership across a small portfolio of supported living services in Wales, with regular travel to sites in the St Asaph area.

You will oversee day-to-day operations from an office in St Asaph, supported by an Assistant Manager and leadership team, focusing on service quality, staff development and continuous improvement.

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social care manager who is passionate about person-centred support, safeguarding, inclusion and enabling people to live independent and meaningful lives.

You will provide strong operational and people leadership across a small number of supported living houses within one geographical area, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for the people supported.

The Role Based from an office in St Asaph, with regular travel to your allocated services, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of your services and provide effective leadership to your staff teams.

You will be supported by an Assistant Manager and an experienced leadership team, giving you the opportunity to focus on service quality, staff development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
