As a Home Manager you will shape operations, ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance, develop occupancies, and build strong links with the local community to support long-term excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Inspirational leadership skills and a passion for person-centred care.
• Proven track record in developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
• Strong organisational and management abilities.
• Experience in care home management, occupancy and marketing.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
• Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and foster community links.
