You will oversee service delivery, quality assurance and workforce development, ensuring children receive timely, effective support that keeps them safe and promotes positive outcomes.
Working closely with colleagues across Family Help, education, health and partner agencies, you will lead a collaborative approach that places children and families at the centre of decision-making. You will support the development of strong community relationships and help ensure services work together effectively to respond to need and reduce escalation wherever possible.
