Job summary

Radis Community Care in Leyland is seeking a Service Manager for Bannister Brook House and Greenwood Court Extra Care Scheme. You will promote a caring environment, uphold high professional standards, and ensure compliance with company, local and national guidelines while leading quality assurance activities.

You will support the area manager with assessments for housing, care and support, develop personalised plans with tenants and families, help roster staff, participate in the on-call rota,

Qualifications

• Substantial experience providing care and support for vulnerable adults.
• Previous supervisory/management experience with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, working towards Level 5.
• Good commercial acumen with solid IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with company, local and national standards.
• Assess referred tenants for housing, care and support and develop personalised plans with relevant professionals and families.
• Prepare rosters to ensure adequate staff coverage and efficient deployment.
• Participate in on-call rota and provide cover for care and housing-related duties when emergencies arise.
