The Children's Society is recruiting a Service Manager for the Pathway to Adulthood Service (Education Other Than At School) in Torbay. This permanent role offers 35 hours per week at £35,100 per year, with funding until 31st August 2027 and potential for extension.

You'll play a key part in managing the team who support children and young people with their transition to adulthood, further education and employment, through working on their barriers and enhancing their independence skills.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced manager with the ability to carry out comprehensive assessments and develop coproduced goal-based plans, to plan and deliver targeted group work, and to provide one to one support to children and young people to achieve their goals.
