Radis Community Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers in Leyland to assist elderly residents in an Extra Care Scheme. You will help with mobility, personal care, and daily activities while upholding privacy and dignity.

Role involves assisting with meals, social participation, and accompanying residents to bedrooms and bathrooms as requested, with a focus on compassionate, respectful care across shifts.

Qualifications

• You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
• Experience in care or support work is preferred.
• Demonstrates kindness, compassion and respect in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support elderly in Extra Care Scheme with mobility and personal care while respecting privacy and dignity.
• Assist with dining, social activities and access to bedrooms/bathrooms as requested.
• Encourage participation in physical and mental activities and maintain a kind, supportive attitude daily.
