DePuy Synthes in Leeds seeks a highly motivated Service Manager Capital and VELYS to lead a team and drive service and repair activities. You will ensure alignment with service plans and deliver superior customer satisfaction in a fast-paced medical device environment.

The role covers installation, qualification, preventative maintenance, unplanned maintenance, and software upgrades, with a focus on collaboration, training, and continuous improvement across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a technical field service professional of capital equipment or equivalent experience.
• NVQ 3 and HNC or higher as a baseline qualification.
• Knowledge of technical services within medical devices or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to support service and repair activities.
• Deliver on service plans, including installation, qualification, preventive and unplanned maintenance, and software upgrades.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and Business Units to ensure high customer satisfaction.
