Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager Capital and VELYS to lead a capable team and deliver exceptional service and repair activities. You will ensure alignment with Service Plans, drive installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning in line with customer agreements.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and the ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal Business Units.

• Experience in technical field service for capital equipment.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsabilités

• Shape strategy and develop warranty and service solutions for products.
• Recruit, motivate and develop service team members.
• Align with Business Units, Commercial teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate service schedules and engage service providers.
• Drive process improvements across services.
• Lead and coach Field Service Engineers and Coordinators.
