Registered Service Manager - Walsall - £32,000 per annum

Registered Service Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Walsall. This welcoming environment is supported by a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

The role involves working alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families, leading a team to promote independence and positive outcomes for the people we support.

You will manage daily operations, develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new staff, carry out supervisions and appraisals, complete medication competencies and audits, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance. You should be a friendly, dynamic, and caring leader passionate about the care sector and delivering excellent support.

You will also participate in the on-call rota, subject to service needs.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, helping colleagues grow and supporting individuals to gain independence and meet their goals.

Applicants should have previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, be willing and able to undertake CQC registration, hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, and have experience working with individuals with autism.
