The Role

Job Title: Service Manager

As a key member of the regional leadership team, you’ll contribute to shaping policy, producing performance reports, supporting recruitment, and ensuring our helpline continues to be a safe and trusted source of guidance for people across Derbyshire. If you’re ready to lead with compassion, clarity and purpose, this role offers the platform to do your best work.
