Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Registered Service Manager for a Horley residential service supporting six adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will lead a small team, shape the service culture and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

We are seeking an experienced care professional with strong leadership, safeguarding and regulatory knowledge who can motivate staff, develop the team and build positive relationships with residents and families.

Formación

• Strong leadership and management experience within health or social care.
• Experience with learning disabilities, autism or older people.
• Passion for person-centred care and improving quality of life.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

We are looking for a passionate and values-driven Registered Service Manager to lead our established residential service in Horley, supporting six adults with learning disabilities and autism.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead at a small, established service where you can really get to know the people you support, build a strong team and create a positive environment where everyone can thrive.

The service supports an ageing population, so experience within learning disabilities, autism or elderly care will be considered. Strong leadership and management experience is essential.
