  • Lead, motivate, support and develop a team of staff to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with statutory and voluntary sector partners, as well as the local community.

Job description

Are you passionate about building a high performing team to support clients experiencing homelessness?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support a dedicated team delivering high-quality services to people experiencing homelessness. You will join the Hammersmith & Fulham Supported Accommodation Pathway team, which provides accommodation and support to 129 clients across seven sites, including 24-hour staffed complex needs hostels and semi-independent services.

We are looking for a Service Manager; one to oversee our semi-independent accommodation services working across three sites (till Jan 2028) and another to oversee a complex needs hostel, alongside a semi-independent service which specialises in support for men from the LGBTQ+ community, surviving domestic abuse.

Leading a Deputy Manager and a team of Support Workers, you will provide support to some of the borough's most vulnerable people, using psychologically informed and trauma-informed approaches to help residents progress in their recovery and move towards greater independence.

As Service Manager, you will:
