Atos Amplify in the UK is seeking an experienced consultant to lead medium-sized client engagements and drive delivery on digital and AI-enabled transformation programs. You will assess operating environments, develop the case for change, and design target operating models.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Consulting sector (Manager equivalent role in other consulting firms).
• Value proposition/ strategic driver analysis.
• Organisational Design.
• Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign.
• Roadmap and business case development.
• Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they are affecting strategy and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Leading medium-sized client engagements/ workstreams and managing day-to-day delivery.
• Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating environments and developing the case for change.
• Using data and insights to develop robust recommendations.
• Design and implementation of a target operating model.
• Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders.
• Supporting ongoing go-to-market/ proposition development and business development.
