Supported Living Service Lead, Peterborough - Must be a Driver

37.5 hours per week

20 days holiday + bank holidays

You will need to be flexible, as you are required to work shifts including bank holidays, weekends.

Your Role:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring effective resource use to provide quality service.
  • Ensure staff receive regular supervision according to policy.
  • Collaborate with the Service Development Team on resident assessment and transition.
  • Develop dynamic support plans involving the person and reviewing regularly.

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
  • Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and mental health issues.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Confidence to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
  • Commitment to safeguarding standards.
  • Driving license (mandatory).
