Job summary

Nacro is seeking a Service Lead to manage and motivate a team of Support Workers, delivering high-quality supported housing and housing management services to a range of service user groups, including those on Bail, prison leavers and those going through the criminal justice system.

You will drive service performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a safe, supportive environment while meeting contractual targets and maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of support planning and safeguarding.
• Experience with vulnerable adults with complex needs.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver services that comply with the regulatory framework.
• Meet service quality standards and manage operational policy adherence.
• Ensure safety plans are in place and reflect individual needs.
• Manage financial standards on voids, arrears and re-lets.
• Collaborate with external agencies and commissioners.
• Coordinate with internal support services to deliver best service.
• Oversee rota and on-call arrangements for support.
