Job summary

You will drive service performance, ensure safeguarding and contractual compliance, travel across the region, participate in on-call rota, and work with partners to provide person-centred support for diverse service users.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver services which comply with the regulatory framework.
• Meet service quality standards and ensure your team adheres to operational and policy standards.
• Ensure service user support and safety plans are in date and reflect individual needs.
• Manage financial standards on voids, arrears and re-lets and achieve contractual KPIs.
• Liaise with external agencies to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Collaborate with internal support services to provide the best service to users.
• Promote service user involvement in service design and delivery; manage rota and on-call arrangements.
