Service Lead Position

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, quality-driven Service Lead with a proven track record of managing a team of staff, with experience in leadership and management to join our team on a full-time basis. You must be willing to adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service.

Who we are:

Oakwood House provides specialist-supported living accommodation for men and women with a diagnosis of learning disability or autism and associated mental health and behavioural support needs.

Coveberry, part of the CareTech family, is a leading specialist healthcare provider with hospitals and centres throughout England. We deliver a wide range of services in Adult Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Specialist Brain Injury, Child and Adult Mental Health Services (CAMHS) including eating disorders, and social care for children with special needs.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in mental health
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with senior management
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations
  • Ability to recognize the need for referrals to statutory bodies (safeguarding, DoLS, MHA, MCA)

Qualifications/Requirements:
