Job Description:

Our client, based in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Service Invoice Clerk to join them on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday in this office-based role.

As a Service Invoice Clerk, you will be responsible for raising invoices for parts, service, warranty, etc., receiving job information, processing labour codes and part numbers to produce invoices, assisting the credit control team with chasing outstanding payments, preparing estimates for work, resolving queries, and more.

To be considered, candidates must have experience working in the automotive sector and familiarity with Kerridge software. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, thrive in a busy, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment, and work well as part of a team.
