Job summary

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an enthusiastic Improvement Co-ordinator to join East Midlands Shared Services (EMSS). You will help improve services, support customers, and drive change across local government.

The role involves creating guidance, collaborating with teams, and delivering training to enable excellent service delivery. Flexible working options are available, with a permanent contract and a clearly defined closing date.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Experience in Finance, Payroll and/or HR processing with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience planning and delivering improvements and training, with good organisation.
