Job Purpose

The role of the Service Host is to:

1. Ensure customers and visitors receive an immediate welcome.
2. Ensure all calls, both internal and external, are answered and dealt with efficiently within the correct process. Assist showroom Hosts when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure reception area is staffed and kept tidy at all times.
2. Direct customers towards the seating area and offer refreshments while they are waiting.
3. Handle and coordinate all calls and visitors, taking full details of the caller’s business, paging staff as needed.
4. Establish and maintain a system to monitor the whereabouts of key staff at all times.
5. Keep customer refreshments stocked at all times.
6. Keep customer waiting area and showroom kitchen area clean and tidy, free of crockery, etc.
7. Process all outgoing post correctly, ready for dispatch each evening.
8. Ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles, and property at all times, reporting faults or hazards.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Smart appearance.

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 2 pm (flexible)
