Job summary

Mills CNC Limited seeks a skilled Service Engineer to cover the UK and Ireland, servicing DN Solutions CNC machines and supporting customers in manufacturing sectors.

You will carry out scheduled maintenance, diagnose faults, provide technical support, uphold health and safety standards, and stay up-to-date with the latest control systems. A company vehicle, 25 days holiday, life assurance and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Engineering HNC and Modern Apprenticeship - or equivalent experience.
• Machine tool knowledge - minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance-based role (post apprenticeship).
• Mechanical and electrical fitting skills.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following controls: Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• IT Literacy - use of PC / Mobile / Email.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled maintenance of the DN Solutions Machines and others in accordance with our internal servicing standards.
• Regularly visit customers and service/repair machines whilst building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with all Mills CNC customers.
• Provide technical support to staff concerning the DN Solutions range.
• Ensure all health and safety practices are observed according to our rigorous internal standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the machine range on offer from Mills CNC and attend training when new control systems and machines are announced.

This is a customer facing, fast paced role that would suit an experienced field service engineer.

Role Overview

What we need:

UK right to work and residency is required for this position. No sponsorship is available for this position and we require you to be available for in person interviews at our Leamington Spa offices.

Essential Skills or Qualifications
