Responsibilities

• Maintain security systems and equipment at client sites
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems and equipment
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to clients regarding their security solutions
• Educate clients on the proper use and functionality of security systems and equipment
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the security industry
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
• Superb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Technical certification in electronics, security systems, or a related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work varied hours and on‑call as required for service requests
