Complete Security Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Service Engineer to cover sites across Greater London and the M25. You will manage reactive calls, perform PPMs, and sustain enterprise access control and CCTV systems on customer premises.

Expect hands-on work with leading security platforms, networking tasks, and on-site customer liaison. An on-call rota and out-of-hours work are part of the role; a full driving licence is required.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years in electronic security industry.
• Hands on experience with enterprise access control systems (e.g., LenelS2, CCURE, Honeywell Pro Watch, Vanderbilt, AMAG, Feenics, Openpath or Avigilon Alta).
• CCTV/VMS experience with Genetec, Milestone or Avigilon.
• Good grasp of IP networking (IP addressing, TCP/IP, VLANs).
• Manufacturer certifications on listed systems.
• Able to read drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Valid full driving licence.
• Experience in data centres or critical environments; ECS/CSCS/IPAF/SSSTS a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Attend reactive calls and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Diagnose and fix faults across access control, CCTV, intruder, intercom and integrated systems.
• Perform software and firmware upgrades; deliver small works (expansions, replacements, relocations).
• Test, commission and handover systems to clients.
• Prebuild and preconfigure kit at office before site deployment.
• Coordinate with project managers and service coordinators; be the customer’s main on-site contact.
• Participate in on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours work.

Enterprise Security Service Engineer

£50,000 plus benefits

I'm working with a specialist security integrator who look after enterprise clients across commercial offices, critical infrastructure and live data centres. They're growing their service team and are looking for an experienced Service Technician who knows enterprise access control and CCTV inside out.

The role

You'll be covering sites across Greater London and around the M25, with most of your time spent on site at customer premises. You'll attend reactive calls and PPM visits, diagnose and fix faults across access control, CCTV, intruder, intercom and integrated systems, and carry out software and firmware upgrades. You'll also deliver small works such as system expansions, equipment replacements, relocations and remedial jobs, through to testing, commissioning and handover.

Back at the office you'll do some prebuild and preconfiguration of kit before it goes to site. You'll work closely with the project managers and service coordinators, and as the customer's main contact on site you'll be in a good position to spot improvements and further work.

There is an on call rota, so some out of hours work is part of the role.

What they're looking for

• At least 5 years in the electronic security industry
