Job summary

KLEEMANN UK GROUP is seeking a reliable Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will attend customer sites to diagnose, repair and maintain equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and top-class service delivery.

The role involves travel to client locations and participation in an on-call rota, with a full UK driving licence preferred. We offer overtime, a company vehicle and fuel card, tools, PPE and uniform, plus ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Field service or maintenance engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge; electrical experience is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service call-outs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Carry out repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers on-site.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding parts and follow-up work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending customer sites to diagnose, repair and maintain equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery.
