Job Opportunity: Service Engineer

Location: Belfast

Contract: Full-time (with possible weekend call outs)

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience

The Hot Coffee Co. has over 25 years of experience supplying top-quality hot beverages to the hospitality and office industries in Northern Ireland. We are committed to excellence in products and customer service and are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation: Install traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machine packages with precision. Provide demonstrations on operation and cleaning procedures.
2. Repair and Maintenance: Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and perform repairs. Develop maintenance plans to prevent future problems.
3. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity throughout the service process.
4. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical systems, drawings, wiring, and plumbing.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the coffee sector.
• Experience in engineering or electrical engineering.
• Strong time management skills; ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Clean driving license is essential.
• Methodical approach, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; training provided by manufacturers.
