What you will be doing as a Field Service Engineer:

• Attending customer’s sites to service their garage equipment in your area
• Repairing customers garage equipment back to good working order
• Attending planned services as well as reactive breakdowns
• Working with the service support team on your schedule and communicating any issues and updates to them
• Quoting repairs to customers
• Completing service reports and job notes
• Reporting unsafe notices correctly
• Reporting potential sales leads to the sales and marketing teams

What you’ll need to succeed as a Field Service Engineer:

• Previous experience within an automotive workshop is ESSENTIAL – working on cars, vans, lorries. Any experience level will be considered
• You MUST have Mechanical engineering experience
• Ideally you will have experience with electro-mechanical and hydraulic equipment
• A full clean driving license is ESSENTIAL
• You will be personable and be able to communicate with clients onsite
• You will be a natural problem solver and keen to learn
• You MUST be happy travelling covering the whole of your area
