The Hot Coffee Co. is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team! With over 25 years of expertise in supplying top-quality hot beverages to the hospitality and office industries in Northern Ireland, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence in both products and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Installation of traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machine packages with precision.
• Providing comprehensive demonstrations on machine operation and cleaning procedures to clients.
• Responding promptly to breakdowns, diagnosing issues accurately, and executing efficient repairs.
• Developing and implementing maintenance plans to prevent future problems.
• Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Possessing a basic understanding of electrical systems, drawings, wiring principles, and plumbing.

Candidate requirements:

• 1-2 years experience as a Service Engineer, ideally in the coffee sector.
