Job summary

Vision Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer to cover Kent and surrounding areas. You will travel within your territory to install, maintain and service climate control solutions for our client base.

We provide a company vehicle and a commission scheme. Excellent communication skills and flexibility to travel—including occasional weekends or overnight stays—are essential as you identify spare parts needs and carry out upgrades at customer sites or in our workshop.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay away occasionally.
• Junior or experienced engineers considered.

Responsibilities

• Travel within territory to install, maintain and service climate control solutions for clients.
• Identify and replace spare components, and explain recommended spares or refurbishments to customers.
• Undertake system upgrades at customer premises or in the return-to-works facility.

Service Engineer

Salary to £38,000 plus commission scheme, vehicle, private health and more
We are a global leader in climate control technologies with our solutions used in industry sectors ranging from Food, Pharmaceuticals, Data Centres and Preservation. Due to growth we are looking for a Service Engineer to join our established team.
You will travel within your territory visiting our client base installing, maintaining and servicing our solutions. You will identify and replace spares components, make accurate proposals and explanations to customers regarding recommended/critical spares or required refurbishments and undertake system upgrading either at customer premises or in our return to works facility.
We invite applications from junior or experienced Engineers with the following attributes:
* Ex RAF and Royal Navy Engineers highly desirable OR
* Experienced Service Engineers or Maintenance Engineers looking to transition into a mobile role
* We are also happy to consider junior engineers looking to progress.
