Job summary

Fyre Global Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT Support professional to operate at 1st and 2nd line, handling password resets and more complex issues. You will coach junior colleagues, own workstation build processes, and maintain asset records across hardware and software.

Involvement in infrastructure projects and security initiatives is expected. Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, Intune/Autopilot (or SCCM), Exchange Online and SharePoint is desired.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365/Azure.
Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, Exchange Online and SharePoint.
Comfort using ITSM tools and working to SLAs.

Responsibilities

Support both 1st and 2nd line, from password resets to complex issues.
Escalate to higher levels when first fix is not possible.
Coach 1st line colleagues to build team capability.
Own and improve workstation build: configuration, deployment and decommission.
Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records.
Support production and shop-floor tech like label printers and ERP/MES devices.
Write SOPs and knowledge base articles to capture fixes.
Participate in infrastructure projects, new site setups and tech rollouts.
Work with infrastructure and cyber security teams to triage incidents and support security initiatives.
