Job description

The Service Desk Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the PortmanDentex IT systems while providing efficient first-line support to all business users. Handling initial inquiries from colleagues, logging IT-related issues, and striving to resolve them in a prompt manner in accordance with SLAs.
