We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Service Desk Agent to join our fast-growing FinTech client in Cardiff. Your role will involve elevating customer experience across various new services.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in contact centres, operations, or service delivery environments, handling inbound and outbound calls, and managing 20-30 support tickets daily.
This contract role is assessed as outside IR35.
The role combines strategic thinking, operational expertise, and analytical skills to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Required experience includes:
You will deliver service against specific compliance services, requiring multitasking across multiple systems.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in Cardiff city centre.
