Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Service Designer with active DV clearance to shape and improve complex digital services for Defence and Security clients in the UK. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs, design end-to-end service experiences and ensure services work across people, processes, technology and policy.

• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to help shape and improve complex digital services for Defence and Security clients.

Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate with researchers, strategists, business analysts, designers, and engineers to create user-centred services that deliver measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing end-to-end service experiences, and ensuring services work effectively across people, processes, technology, data, and policy.

Key Responsibilities
