Searchability is seeking an experienced Service Designer to lead the design of end-to-end services for public sector transformation. You will map complex service ecosystems, create service blueprints and journey maps, and communicate designs to multidisciplinary teams.

As a Service Designer, you will lead the design of end-to-end services that meet user needs and deliver policy intent. You’ll map complex service ecosystems, systems and processes, identify pain points and opportunities, and create service blueprints and journey maps to communicate your designs.
You’ll facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, collaborate with policy, operations, product, delivery and technical teams, and champion accessible and inclusive design. You’ll also contribute to service strategies and transformation roadmaps, whilst ensuring services are scalable, sustainable and designed for continuous improvement.
