Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking enthusiastic and creative Service Designers to join the Service Design Team. This fixed‑term role runs until 31 March 2028 and offers the chance to shape public services by collaborating with colleagues, partners and residents to design accessible, efficient, user‑centred services.

Our Service Design team sits at the heart of the Council’s Business Change Directorate. We’re passionate about transforming services to make life better for our communities. From Children’s Social Care to Highways and Council Tax, we work across diverse areas to deliver innovative, user-centred solutions that improve outcomes and experiences.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and creative Service Designers to join us. Whether you’re early in your career or bring substantial experience, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact.
