Job summary

Methodist Homes MHA is seeking a Service Development Partner to help shape practical, sustainable approaches to service development across the organisation. You will work with operational and corporate teams to turn priorities into workable models, operating approaches and business cases, reporting to the Strategy, Change & Performance Manager.

The role is highly collaborative, requiring strong facilitation of workshops and clear options for decision-makers, with focus on value, sustainability

Qualifications

• Experience in service development, business improvement and transformation.
• Experience in service design, organisational change and business analysis.
• Ability to work across organisational boundaries and turn ideas into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Working with operational and corporate teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities.
• Developing service models, processes and practical operating approaches.
• Facilitating workshops and collaborative discussions with a range of stakeholders.
• Developing clear options, recommendations and proposals to support decision-making.
• Considering operational impacts, dependencies, risks and implementation requirements.
• Contributing to business cases, benefits thinking and options appraisal.
• Bringing commercial awareness to service development, including value and sustainability considerations.
• Communicating complex information clearly and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
