Circet UK’s Home division is currently seeking Service Delivery Technicians to provide resources to our clients. Telecommunications Technicians are responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephone, and TV services.

The typical work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays. However, the role may involve considerable travel and work outside regular hours without additional pay.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Circet Home policies, adhering to best practices and client requirements.
• Perform Fibre and Copper installations, surveying, and repairing orders.
• Conduct site inspections, evaluations, and traffic management.
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure all services operate to their satisfaction.
• Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Respond professionally to all customer requests and inquiries.
• Continuously develop professional skills through training.
• Comply with company fleet policies and health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks.
• Operate tools safely and ensure activities meet environmental regulations.

Skills & Experience required – Full Training Provided:

• Full UK Manual Drivers Licence.
• Ability to manage technical work in the field with minimal supervision.
• Interpret technical issues based on non-technical customer descriptions.
• Diagnose and fix equipment problems.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and prioritize work effectively.
• Work confidently within tight deadlines.
• Experience dealing with external stakeholders and following procedures for service delivery.
• Understand client quality requirements.
• Proficiency in IT to liaise with group work control.
• Professional, self-motivated, with good communication skills and team integration capability.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift objects regularly.
