Restore plc in Swadlincote (DE11 0WU) is recruiting a Service Delivery Operative to join our warehouse team. The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, paying £25,480 per annum.

You will help protect customer information, manage records, and use our Records Management system to keep documents secure and organized. We offer career development within a large organisation and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Data entry, scanning and indexing of records
• Team player able to work independently and follow procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg daily
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
• Utilise our Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
• Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
• Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
• Support operational targets and service delivery
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Key Responsibilities
