Job summary

Restore plc is seeking a Service Delivery Operative to join the warehouse team in Swadlincote. This permanent role offers stable hours from Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £25,480 per year.

You will securely handle and index records, complete paperwork, and use our Records Management system to keep information safe and well-organised. Key duties include storing incoming boxes and documents, following processes, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Essential: excellent data entry, scanning and indexing skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg daily.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Team player who can work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track, check and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with procedures.
• Utilise Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
• Record and store incoming boxes, files and documents in designated locations.
• Handle archive materials using safe working practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
• Support operational targets and service delivery.

Hours: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 4:00pm)

Salary: £25,480.00 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities
