Job summary

Restore Technology in Runcorn is seeking a committed Production Operative to join our Operations team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll prepare items for secure destruction, or for repair, refurbishment and re‑sale, helping us deliver an outstanding service to our customers and reduce e‑waste impact.

You will take delivery of goods, check for damage, input stock data, move stock safely with handling equipment, maintain records and work safely to health and safety standards while meeting

• Strong attention to detail with good numeracy and communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and accurately, even under pressure.
• Good understanding of manual handling and health and safety requirements.
• Flexible, reliable and committed to meeting productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Take delivery of goods and check for damaged or missing items.
• Process and asset items in line with company procedures and stock grading.
• Accurately input stock and inventory data into our systems.
• Move stock safely using manual handling equipment and trolleys.
• Maintain clear and up‑to‑date records and complete stock counts as required.
• Keep all paperwork accurate and current.
• Operate safely, complying with all health, safety and environmental standards.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy, suggesting improvements to aid efficiency.

About The Role

Role: Production Operative

Location: Runcorn

Contract Type – Permanent, Full time

Working Hours and Days: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:30 (40 hours per week)

Salary - £26,831 (plus monthly incentive bonus paid against site targets)
