Location: London (Hybrid)

Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Salary: £54,172 – £63,752 per annum

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join a forward-thinking estate operations team managing a large, complex property portfolio in the heart of London. What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing and enhancing service delivery for maintenance operations—driven by data and performance.
• Acting as the key liaison for all internal and external communication—ensuring consistent, clear messaging.
• Coordinating and monitoring service providers to meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Leading a talented team of service professionals and technical coordinators.
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory, health & safety, and internal standards.
• Supporting procurement and project delivery—on time, on budget, and on point.

About You

You’re a solution-focused leader who brings energy, structure, and vision. You’ll have:

• An HND (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
• IOSH/NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification
• Membership in a professional body (e.g., BIFM)
• Experience managing large or complex estates
• Strong people leadership, communication, and commercial skills
• The ability to juggle priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
