Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join the Cyber & Security Solutions Division on a 12 months fixed-term contract. You will lead delivery of complex services across teams, ensuring performance, compliance and customer satisfaction while supporting roadmaps and capability growth.

The role offers hybrid working, split between home and one of our UK offices, with opportunities to collaborate with customers and suppliers to sustain resilient, secure and well-governed services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering services in secure or complex environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL and DDaT frameworks.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage escalations.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business services, ensuring they meet performance, compliance, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate service onboarding and transition with stakeholders for operational readiness.
• Monitor service performance and identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a point of contact for service-related issues and manage escalations across teams.
• Facilitate service reviews and contribute to improvement plans.
• Maintain service documentation, processes, configurations, and support materials.
• Contribute to service planning and capability growth.
• Support team collaboration and a positive delivery culture.
