Are you a compassionate leader with a flair for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead and develop our Field Services team, delivering critical 24/7 support to customers across our Technology Enabled Care and Emergency Home Response services.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting a team of operational team leaders and their field teams
- Overseeing emergency and routine visits to our customers 24/7, 365 days a year
- Monitoring and improving service performance, customer experience and outcomes
- Managing relationships with stakeholders and commissioners
- Driving innovation through people, process, and technology improvements
- Acting as a key safeguarding lead and championing person-centred care
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading dispersed and operational teams in a customer-focused service
- Knowledge of TEC, social care or health services
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Confident in using data, workforce planning, and reporting
- Budget and contract performance experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work
