Cyber Security Delivery Manager | Permanent | UK Remote | £50,000 p.a

Peaple Talent has partnered with a leading consultancy in the UK to recruit a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

The client is based in the South West of England but is hiring remotely due to the client-facing nature of this role.

This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about cybersecurity and skilled in building meaningful client relationships.

The successful candidate will guide clients towards improved security practices, maximize service value, and clarify complex challenges.

We are seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager with a background in cybersecurity operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset, eager to contribute to the evolution of technical solutions and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the daily operational engagement with clients, maintaining regular communication and service updates.
• Assist the sales team in client retention by supporting CSOC contract renewals.
• Investigate potential security incidents, generate reports, and resolve client issues to reduce risks.
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation to improve workflows.
• Support operational teams by troubleshooting challenges.
• Facilitate onboarding of new clients, understanding their operations and risks, and providing support during early service adoption.
• Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Contribute to customer reports, analyzing service performance, threat trends, investigations, SLAs, and vulnerabilities.
• Work with engineering to identify and implement service improvements.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on optimizing service use.

Key Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of SOC environments, including SIEM and SOAR tools for threat response.
• Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent experience demonstrating technical expertise.
• Interest in current cybersecurity developments, emerging threats, attacker techniques, and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies, especially Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, and Defender XDR.
