Cyber Security Delivery Manager | Permanent | UK Remote | £50,000 p.a

Peaple Talent has partnered with a reputable consultancy in the UK to recruit a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

The client is based in the South West of England but is hiring remotely due to the client-facing nature of the role.

The role involves guiding clients towards improved security practices, maximizing service value, and clarifying complex challenges.

We seek a candidate with a background in cybersecurity operations, strong interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset, eager to contribute to evolving technical solutions and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational engagement with clients, maintaining communication and providing service updates.
• Support the sales team in client retention and contract renewals for CSOC services.
• Investigate security events, generate incident reports, and address client concerns to reduce risks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support operations.
• Assist service teams in troubleshooting operational issues.
• Support onboarding of new clients, understanding their operations and risks, and providing early-stage support.
• Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Contribute to customer reports on service performance, threats, investigations, SLAs, and vulnerabilities.
• Work with engineering to improve services and implement upgrades.
• Guide clients to optimize their use of services.

Key Experience Required:

• Experience with Security Operations Centre (SOC), SIEM, and SOAR tools for threat response.
• Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent technical experience.
• Interest in current cybersecurity trends, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Experience with Microsoft security tools, especially Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, and Defender XDR.
