Job summary

Ingeus is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of a new programme in Central and West London. You will manage Team Leaders and Advisors, drive performance, and ensure a high-quality, participant-centred service in partnership with DWP and other stakeholders.

You will guide workforce planning, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery against contractual commitments while maintaining a values-led culture and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Strong operational leadership and people management skills.
• Experience coaching and developing Team Leaders and frontline staff.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience overseeing service delivery, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team leaders to ensure high-quality, participant-centred delivery.
• Set clear operational expectations and develop high-performing teams.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery, engagement, caseload management and risk.
• Use performance data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to link opportunities and support.
• Support workforce planning and resource deployment to meet demand.
